Job summary

Petra Mechatronics in Dubai is seeking a practical Junior to Mid-Level Calibration Technician to join our technical team. You will test, calibrate, and service weighing scales and related equipment both in our workshop and at customer sites across the UAE.

The role requires 1–3 years in calibration or related field, a Diploma or Degree in instrumentation or mechatronics, and a willingness to perform field work with a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in calibration, testing, maintenance, or field service.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, test, and verify weighing scales, load cells, and related equipment.
• Diagnose basic electrical or mechanical faults and perform minor repairs.
• Prepare calibration records, job sheets, and service reports with accuracy.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on customer equipment.
• Perform on-site calibration visits at customer facilities across the UAE.
