Job summary

Central Trading Company, part of the Al Rostamani Group, is seeking a sales professional to build strong relationships with customers in the UAE and visit premises to drive targets and customer satisfaction.

You will manage distribution, displays, stock coverage, pricing, and cash handling, while submitting regular reports and monitoring competitors.

Requirements include a secondary school certificate and a minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, sales, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by category, SKU, and customer.
• Deliver distribution, display, and coverage as per plan.
• Maintain cash handling and credit records; collect payments as per policy.
• Ensure FIFO and product hygiene; keep prices correct.
• Submit reports and monitor competitors' activity.
• Follow company QMS requirements.
