Job summary

Sangfor Technologies in the UAE offers an internship where you will gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support services. You will work with a mentor, handle POC and after-sales inquiries, and contribute to knowledge bases and project documentation.

Ideal candidates are final-year or fresh graduates in Engineering or related fields, with strong analytical skills and fluent Arabic and English communication for UAE clients.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final year students pursuing bachelor's in Engineering, Cyber Security, CS, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with professional attitude.
• Arabic (C1+) and English (B2+) communication skills required for UAE clients.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for POC and after-sales inquiries.
• Track, maintain, and resolve incidents; provide customer reports.
• Install devices and integrate into customer environments.
• Deliver technical training for Partners and/or customers.
• Escalate issues to R&D; create project documentation.
• Engage in domestic and international projects.
• Mentor assigned; PPO opportunity.
