Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks an On-Site Support Technician to deliver field service for aircraft interior products across the UAE and nearby regions. You will handle service bulletin/letter work, inspections, and act as the primary technical interface with customers to maintain aircraft availability.

The role requires 3+ years in cabin systems MRO, strong troubleshooting, ability to read CMMs/drawings, and a valid UAE driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in aircraft cabin systems MRO, manufacturing or airline maintenance.
• Experience with seating/cabin interior products is preferred.
• Ability to interpret CMMs, SBs, drawings and other technical docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office; FAA/EASA Part 145 experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driver’s license; fluent in English; willingness to travel and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for Collins Aerospace interior products on customer aircraft.
• Perform Service Bulletin and Service Letter incorporation on seating and cabin interiors.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain current and legacy seating systems (on-wing and off-wing).
• Provide line maintenance support and restore blocked/inoperative seats.
• Document findings, generate reports, and communicate with Product Support/Engineering.
• Travel throughout UAE and region to provide technical support and product demonstrations.
