The On-Site Support Technician provides Field Service Support for Collins Aerospace Aircraft interior products installed on customer aircraft throughout the UAE and surrounding region. This role is responsible for Service Bulletin and Service Letter incorporation, maintenance, repairs, inspections, Letter of Commitment assignments, product installations, technical surveys, and customer training. The technician serves as the primary technical interface with customers, ensuring aircraft availability while delivering high-quality technical support and resolving complex product issues.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in aircraft cabin systems maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), manufacturing, or airline maintenance. Experience supporting aircraft seating and/or cabin interior products is preferred. Ability to interpret and apply Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Service Bulletins (SBs), troubleshooting manuals, engineering drawings, and other technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment. Ability to effectively communicate technical information and maintenance instructions to airline maintenance personnel. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience working in an FAA and/or EASA Part 145 approved maintenance environment. Valid UAE driver’s license. Fluent in written and spoken English. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, and travel throughout the region as business needs require.

HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
