Daily Field Tasks:

• Drill small holes neatly through villa walls to route the main internet cables into the customer's living room.
• Operate sensitive optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR) machines to locate the exact spot where a street cable is cut.
• Set up new Wi-Fi routers and television decoder boxes, ensuring the customer understands how to use the remote control.
• Drive the loaded company maintenance van safely between different neighborhood appointments using GPS navigation.

Rules for Selection:

• Technical Precision: Joining tiny glass fiber threads together requires extremely steady hands and perfect eyesight to avoid signal loss.
• Outdoor Stamina: Working outside in the dusty streets and climbing tall ladders during the hot summer months.
• Customer Service: Taking off dirty work boots before entering a luxury family home and speaking politely to the residents.
