XAD Technologies LTD in Dubai is seeking experienced Enterprise Telecom Field Technicians to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise telecom services across Dubai. The role requires hands-on work with fiber optic networks, routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and on-site technical support for corporate clients.

You will visit customer sites, perform fault diagnosis, conduct network tests, and ensure service quality while following safety guidelines and reporting procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of telecom field experience, enterprise focus.
• Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or Networking preferred.
• Hands-on with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, fiber optics.
• Experience with enterprise customer installations and fault resolution.
• Strong problem solving and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai.

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Enterprise Telecom Field Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise telecommunications services across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fiber optic networks, routers, switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, and on-site technical support for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise telecom services and network equipment.
• Handle fiber optic (FTTH/FTTB), routers, switches, modems, LAN/WAN, and connectivity-related issues.
• Visit enterprise customer premises for installations, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and service restoration.
• Conduct network testing, identify technical faults, and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex network issues.
• Provide professional customer support and ensure timely service delivery.
• Update work orders, job status, and technical reports accurately.
• Complete assigned tasks within operational timelines and service-level requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicle cleanliness, uniform, and professional grooming standards.
• Follow safety guidelines, operational procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant telecom field experience, preferably in enterprise telecom services.
• Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or Networking preferred.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, fiber optics, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in enterprise customer installations, maintenance, and technical fault resolution.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites across Dubai.
• Familiarity with field service management systems and technical reporting is an advantage.
