Responsibilities

• Lead the FF&E selection process from concept development to final procurement, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project budgets.
• Develop and present compelling mood boards, material samples, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Manage FF&E budgets meticulously, tracking expenditures, negotiating with vendors, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinate all aspects of FF&E logistics, including sample management, order placement, delivery schedules, and site installation oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FF&E specification and interior design, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing creative marketing displays and visual merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
