Job summary

Premium Private Hospital Ajman is seeking an experienced Female Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary Plastic Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery Department. Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up for reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery.
• Perform a wide range of procedures including Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Facelift, Otoplasty, Breast augmentation/reduction, Abdominoplasty, Liposuction and body contouring.
• Manage reconstructive cases including trauma, scar revision, skin cancer reconstruction, soft tissue reconstruction, burns and congenital deformities.
• Carry out minor office-based aesthetic procedures where appropriate.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary surgical planning meetings.
• Educate patients on realistic expectations, risks, recovery and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per MOHAP regulations and international standards.
• Engage in quality improvement, governance, and continuing education.

A leading Premium Private Hospital in Ajman is seeking an experienced Female Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding Plastic Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery Department. The successful candidate will provide specialist consultation, surgical management and aesthetic procedures for a broad range of reconstructive and cosmetic conditions while working closely with Dermatology, ENT, General Surgery, Breast Surgery, Orthopaedics, Maxillofacial Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Oncology and Wound Care teams. Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage reconstructive surgery cases including Trauma reconstruction, Scar revision, Skin cancer reconstruction, Soft tissue reconstruction, Burn reconstruction, Congenital deformities
• Perform minor office-based aesthetic procedures where appropriate
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative assessment and post-operative care
• Participate in multidisciplinary surgical planning meetings
• Educate patients regarding realistic surgical expectations, risks, recovery and long-term outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with MOHAP regulations and international standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance and continuing professional education

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Recognised Specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery (M.Ch, Board Certification, or equivalent recognised specialist qualification)
• Minimum 5 years' post-residency or post-specialisation experience
• Broad experience in plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery
• Valid MOHAP, DHA, or DOH Licence, or Eligibility preferred
• Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Preference will be given to candidates with: Existing UAE medical licence or eligibility
• Previous UAE or GCC private hospital experience
• Strong cosmetic surgery portfolio with documented surgical outcomes
• Experience managing both reconstructive and aesthetic surgical cases
• Interest in minimally invasive aesthetic procedures
• Excellent patient satisfaction and communication skills
