AccorHotels Middle East at Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking a certified Spa Therapist to deliver a range of spa treatments within a luxury beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

You will provide a warm, professional guest experience, ensure rooms and equipment are prepared to high standards, and collaborate with wellness and operations teams to maintain brand quality.

Qualifications

• Certified spa therapist with valid credentials.
• 2–5 years of experience in hotel spa environments.
• Good English communication skills.
• Pleasing personality and focused approach.
• Able to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps and other services as requested.
• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience; follow up after treatments with recommendations.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after sessions; maintain hygiene and readiness.
• Monitor spa supplies and equipment; report needs to relevant teams and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with wellness and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and participate in training and CSR initiatives.

Job Description

Spa Treatments

• Perform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other spa services tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of various therapies and recommend appropriate treatments based on client preferences and concerns.

Guest Experience & Care

• Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and personalized.
• Follow up post-treatment to ensure guest satisfaction and provide product or service recommendations.

Operational Support

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness at all times.
• Monitor and maintain spa supplies and equipment, reporting needs to the relevant team.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the wellness and operations teams to create a seamless and elevated experience for guests.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with the hotel’s standards.
• Observe all brand/operating standards and/or LQA.
• Follow all workplace safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries and incidents to reporting manager immediately.
• Participate & contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives organised by the Hotel.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Certified as Spa Therapist
• With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in hotel industry
• With good English communication skills
• With pleasing personality and a well focused individual
• Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task
