Ideal candidates bring a SIRA license, at least two years in luxury security, strong English communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset suited to a private members’ club in DIFC.

Qualifications

• SIRA License or Certificate is mandatory for the role.
• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong English communication; additional languages desirable.
• First aid and CPR knowledge advantageous.
• Professionalism and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Customer service focus with respectful interaction across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel access restricted areas.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Take appropriate action to handle incidents such as theft, trespassing, or other security violations.
• Provide first aid or assist during medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to management and law enforcement when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to security and safety.
• Assist members, their guests and the Artisans by providing directions and information.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deter potential security threats through visible presence and vigilance.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Assist in investigations of security breaches or criminal activities on the premises.

A Security Officer will be supporting the Security Managers with ensuring the safety and protection of members, guests, colleagues and the property at all times, and following the policies and procedures to maintain highest security and well-being standards within the Club. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring, patrolling, and responding to security incidents, while maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering exceptional customer service.

What Will You Do

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being desirable.
