Job summary

Green Shadow Group of Companies in Dubai is seeking responsible and physically fit Lifeguards to join our team. You will monitor pools and aquatic facilities, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid and CPR when needed.

Candidates should hold a valid Lifeguard Certification, First Aid and CPR certifications, and be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays. A strong swimming ability and vigilant, safety-conscious demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized/accredited training provider.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong swimming and water-rescue skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform rescue and emergency duties.
• Good communication skills and basic English.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates must be responsible, alert, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas at all times.
• Ensure swimmers and guests follow pool safety rules.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues when required.
• Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations.
• Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area and equipment.
