Job summary

Millennium S Management & Executive Search Consultants in Dubai is seeking a dynamic gym membership consultant to drive new sign-ups and renewals. You will close memberships and personal training packages, promote group classes, handle inquiries by phone and at the front desk, and maintain a high standard of gym discipline and cleanliness while delivering excellent service.

Experience in the fitness industry (2+ years) with proficiency in Fitternity or Mindbody is preferred, and English and

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in FITNESS INDUSTRY ONLY (Gym/Studio/Health Club)
• Proven record of closing memberships & PT
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic a plus

Responsibilities

• Close gym memberships and personal training packages
• Promote group classes and daily sales targets
• Handle phone enquiries and front desk interactions
• Renewals and renewal collections
• Manage a team of trainers
• Maintain front desk operations and housekeeping
• Drive daily reporting and lead tracking
• Focus on member retention and customer satisfaction
• Ensure smooth conversion of leads to paid memberships
• Contribute to revenue growth and upsell opportunities
• Maintain gym discipline and cleanliness
• Coordinate with staff on class schedules and bookings
• Assist in gym software usage and data entry
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests
