A hospitality brand in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Gym Instructor to deliver safe and engaging fitness services to guests and residents. This role involves personalized workout guidance, monitoring equipment usage, and maintaining gym cleanliness, all while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have certification as a Gym Instructor and 1-2 years of experience in a wellness environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a hotel, resort, wellness center, or fitness club.
• Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and injury prevention.
• Basic first aid & CPR certification preferred.

Job Summary

The Gym Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and professional fitness services to guests and residents. The role focuses on providing personalized workout guidance, maintaining gym facilities, ensuring safety standards, and enhancing overall guest wellness experience in line with Salayel Hospitality service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests with safe and effective workout routines

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Gym Instructor / Personal Trainer (REPs, NASM, ACE, or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a hotel, resort, wellness center, or fitness club
• Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and injury prevention
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic first aid & CPR certification (preferred)
