Job summary

ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced Ramp Agent to join our Fixed Based Operation (FBO). You will perform ramp duties including aircraft towing, push-backs, loading and unloading freight, and delivering luggage while ensuring safety and service standards.

Leading candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 2 years ramp or customer-service experience, a UAE driving license, and the ability to work under tight timelines while following internal procedures and policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ramp duties as directed by Ramp Supervisor.
• Execute aircraft towing, push-backs and servicing.
• Load and unload luggage for passengers and crew.
• Report accidents and incidents.
• Coordinate with CSA to determine flight requirements.
• Maintain serviceability records for ramp equipment.
• Ensure timely and safe aircraft positioning for departures and arrivals.
• Monitor tasks per schedule and procedures.

As Ramp agent you will be responsible for tasks such as performing aircraft towing and push- backs. Loading and unloading freight, delivering luggage to passengers, and servicing the aircraft as needed.

Qualification

Work Experience

Background

Aviation background & Experience is essential

Responsibilities

• Perform all ramp duties as directed by the Ramp Supervisor.
• Perform aircraft towing, push-backs and servicing.
• Load/off-load and transport passenger and crew luggage.
• Accident and incident reporting.
• Liaise with Senior CSA to determine details and flight requirements.
• Serviceability reporting and recording of ramp equipment.
• Ensuring efficient, effective and hygienic methods of sanitary removal and sanitary services.
• Check, at the commencement of the shift, that all ground equipment used in the movement of aircraft is available and serviceable.
• Ensure aircraft are positioned on time and safely for departures and arrivals.
• Monitor all tasks and assignments according to schedule and procedures daily.
• Assist Senior Ramp Agent where needed with setup and arrangements.
• Ensure that aircraft movements and details are reported effectively.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
