ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced Ramp Agent to support our FBO operations in Dubai. You will perform aircraft towing, push-backs, and servicing, while handling luggage for passengers and crew with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in ramp roles, a UAE driving license, and fluent English. A background in aviation is essential, and a proactive, independent work style is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Aviation background & experience essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous.
• Ability to work under time constraint.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ramp duties as directed by the Ramp Supervisor.
• Perform aircraft towing, push-backs and servicing.
• Load/off-load and transport passenger and crew luggage.
• Accident and incident reporting.
• Liaise with Senior CSA to determine details and flight requirements.
• Serviceability reporting and recording of ramp equipment.
• Ensure aircraft are positioned on time and safely for departures and arrivals.
• Monitor tasks and assignments according to schedule and procedures.

Description

As Ramp agent you will be responsible for tasks such as performing aircraft towing and push- backs. Loading and unloading freight, delivering luggage to passengers, and servicing the aircraft as needed.

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Posses a valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work under time constraint.
• Ability to carefully follow policy and procedures.

Background

Aviation background & Experience is essential

Responsibilities

• Monitor all tasks and assignments according to schedule and procedures daily.
• Assist Senior Ramp Agent where needed with setup and arrangements.
• Ensure that aircraft movements and details are reported effectively.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
