• Experience as a Waitress or F&B Service Attendant.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, fine dining, or international hospitality.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and sequence of service.
• Excellent guest service skills and professional demeanor.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and able to represent a luxury hotel.
• Good English; other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible shifts.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional, and courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and sequence of service.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dishes, beverages, ingredients, allergens, and special promotions.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for guest service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest feedback or minor concerns politely and report issues to the supervisor when required.
• Support upselling of menu items, beverages, desserts, and special offers.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, stewarding, hostess, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Follow grooming, appearance, posture, and communication standards as per international 5-star hotel requirements.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, fine dining outlet, or international hospitality environment is strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and sequence of service
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, confident, and professional approach
• Presentable, well-groomed, and able to represent a luxury hotel image
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, German, or Chinese are an advantage
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operation and handle guest requests professionally
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
