We are a reputable restaurant located in the bustling city of Dubai and we are currently seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires individuals who are friendly, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
• Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset for the next guests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Upsell menu items to increase revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays
• Egyptian nationality preferred
• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai
