POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Service Experts take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Regardless of the position, success depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; managing menus by reading and visually verifying information; and taking a hands-on approach to work—lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds alone, and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well (along with other reasonable job responsibilities) is essential to providing excellent service for our guests and supporting our business every day.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: None.
  • License or Certification: None.
