Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Fashion Partner Business Performance & Operations Manager to drive retail project execution and operational initiatives across the Middle East partner boutiques. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate between partner boutiques and internal teams to maintain Chanel standards and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in retail, operations, or luxury brand roles.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and drive to completion.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; based in Dubai with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor boutique performance indicators and translate priorities into structured follow-up and execution plans.
• Lead the consolidation of business information, dashboards, and performance reviews to support management decision-making.
• Drive the implementation and follow-up of agreed action plans.
• Support the identification of business opportunities and areas requiring operational support.
