Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Fashion Partner Business Performance & Operations Manager based in Dubai to support retail projects, operational initiatives, and boutique openings across the Middle East. You will translate priorities into structured action plans for execution, coordinating with partner boutiques and Chanel internal teams to drive operational excellence and a consistent client experience.

You will work closely with the Fashion Retail Partner Manager to ensure readiness, adherence to Chanel

Qualifications

At least five years in retail, operations, or luxury retail.
Strong organisational, planning, and project-management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Willingness to be based in Dubai with travel across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Monitor boutique performance indicators and translate priorities into action plans.
Coordinate retail initiatives and operational projects across partner boutiques.
Lead cross-functional coordination between partner boutiques and internal teams.
Drive new boutique opening projects with timely delivery and readiness.
