Job summary

Sundus is seeking a Service Engineer - FAS Programming to perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance across Life Safety, BMS, AV, ELV, and HVAC systems in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor performance, document actions, and ensure SLAs are met while delivering high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong troubleshooting and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a relevant engineering degree.
• Experience with Life Safety, BMS, AV, ELV, and HVAC systems is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on Life Safety, BMS, AV, ELV, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Respond to service requests within SLAs and ensure timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues with minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, repair, and update system hardware and software as required.
• Coordinate spare parts and materials for maintenance activities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
