Job summary

Sundus is seeking a Service Engineer specialized in Fire & Life Safety to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of FLS, BMS, HVAC, and related systems in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, on-site service calls, root-cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Fire & Life Safety systems and related disciplines.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform root-cause analysis on complex systems.
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of FLS, Security, BMS, AV, ICT, FF, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor system performance, respond to service calls and ensure SLA compliance.
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues to minimize downtime and outages.
• Carry out system inspections, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and maintain service records.
• Coordinate materials, monitor project records, and propose system improvements.
• Ensure safety and information security standards are followed while delivering quality service.
