Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Carpentry Factory Manager to supervise end-to-end production processes, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring on-time delivery and high craftsmanship.

You will lead and mentor a team of carpenters, implement strict quality control, manage materials inventory and equipment maintenance, and enforce safety and compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

• Certifications in safety, quality control, or project management.
• 5+ years of carpentry factory environment experience.
• Degree or diploma in carpentry, wood technology, or a related field.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a factory environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
