Job summary

Career Raiser is seeking a General Manager for a newly constructed aluminum manufacturing factory in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations across production, recruitment, sales, finance, commercial activities and supply chain.

The role requires coordinating with consultants and contractors on factory finishes and machinery installation, and recruiting the staff needed to launch the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an aluminum manufacturing facility including production, recruitment, sales, and supply chain.
• Strong Middle East market experience and capability to start operations from scratch.
• Architect with aluminum factory design experience coordinating with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations: production, recruitment, sales, finance, and supply chain.
• Coordinate with consultants/contractors for factory finishes and machinery installation.
• Recruit and onboard staff to launch the aluminum facility.

• General Manager required to work for a leading group of companies to manage Aluminum manufacturing factory based in UAE.
• You will have full responsible for managing the whole operation from Production, Recruitment, Sales, Financial, Commerical, Supply Chain etc.
• As this is a newly constructed factory, you will be involved in the following Co-ordination with consultant Contractors for final finishes to factory Installation and selection of machinery Sourcing customers
• The selection of all staff required for the factory.

• You will have previous experience working as a factory in an Aluminum factory.
• You will have Middle East experience and also it would be ideal if you had experience with starting operations from scratch.
• You will have to have to be an Architect who has worked in Aluminium factory as Designer in Aluminum and will have to coordinate with the team and clients
