Role Purpose

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day facility operations and ensuring that building services, maintenance activities, and workplace facilities are managed efficiently. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility management and maintenance activities to ensure smooth building operations.
• Coordinate with technicians, maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers for routine and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor the condition and performance of building facilities, equipment, and essential services.
• Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect facilities regularly and identify maintenance, safety, or operational issues.
• Ensure reported maintenance requests and service issues are addressed within the required timeframe.
• Allocate daily tasks to maintenance and facility teams and monitor work progress.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers when specialist services are required.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• ITI Diploma or a relevant technical qualification is required.
• Previous experience in facility management, building maintenance, property maintenance, or technical services is preferred.
• Good understanding of general facility maintenance and building services.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance systems is an advantage.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
