Job summary

Aster DM Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee maintenance across UAE sites. You will coordinate preventive and corrective work, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years of UAE FM experience, knowledge of HVAC/MEP, budgeting, and strong communication. A multi-site coordination capability and proficiency with CAFM systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
• IFMA/FMP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of FM experience in the UAE, preferably across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, Fire & Life Safety Systems, budgeting, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and close maintenance work orders within SLA.
• Conduct facility inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate FM vendors and contractors.
• Obtain quotations and track AMCs and renewals.
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
• Support compliance with Civil Defence Municipality SIRA and other regulations.
• Maintain permits, certificates and audit records.
• Maintain asset registers and maintenance records.
• Prepare monthly KPI and maintenance reports.
• Process purchase requests and invoices.
• Monitor maintenance expenditures and budget utilization.
• Verify contractor invoices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with operations, procurement, finance, HR, landlords and authorities.
