Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services in the UAE seeks a Junior Assistant Supervisor - Facility to support on-site residential facilities, ensuring clean, safe and well-maintained accommodation while meeting service, safety and cost standards.

The role coordinates residential operations, facility contractors, transport, admin and procurement, and supports budgeting, invoices and reports. UAE experience and a facilities-related degree are preferred, with SAP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Personnel Services, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities, personnel services, residential operations, accommodation or administration
• UAE experience is preferred
• Experience with SAP, procurement processes and facility reporting is an advantage
• Knowledge of facility service SLAs and KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential operations and facility contractors, employee welfare activities, transportation, safety initiatives, administration and financial processes
• Monitor service quality, delivery and cost effectiveness and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental policies
• Support budget estimation, financial reporting, invoices and monthly accruals; manage procurement records
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational requirements and support events and employee engagement activities
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure services are delivered according to SLAs and KPIs
• Promote healthy living standards and harmonious resident relations
