Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure infrastructure, utilities and equipment are kept in optimal condition and compliant with safety standards.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments, managing vendors and service contracts, supervising staff, controlling budgets and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure facilities, infrastructure, utilities and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage facility-related vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Supervise facility staff and ensure efficient allocation of manpower.
• Monitor maintenance activities, service contracts, budgets and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Maintain facility documentation, asset records, maintenance schedules and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address operational and facility requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and cost effectiveness.
• Manage facility-related issues, breakdowns and emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, security and overall site upkeep.
• Support management with facility planning, improvements and infrastructure-related projects.
