Job summary

Sobha Furniture in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and efficiency across our manufacturing premises.

You will supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems; manage budgets, vendors, and service contracts; and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil and utility systems.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, pest control and other outsourced services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate facility projects, office modifications and space utilization.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage facility budgets, service contracts and vendor performance.
• Support emergency preparedness and fire safety requirements.
