Job summary

EFS Staffing Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced FM Executive to oversee day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with SLAs, HSE requirements, and operational standards.

The role covers MEP/HVAC coordination, site inspections, handling tenant and customer inquiries, maintaining records of service requests and inspections, and supporting cost-control improvements with the FM Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Driving license is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, civil maintenance, and hard/soft FM services.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers; familiarity with SLAs.
• Understanding of SLAs, preventive maintenance, site inspections, and HSE requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAFM system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities management operations including MEP, HVAC, civil maintenance, cleaning, and waste management.
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of reactive and preventive tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety risks, and non-compliance.
• Handle tenant and customer complaints and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor performance and follow up on outstanding works.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service requests, and inspections.
• Coordinate with internal departments and the FM Manager to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Support cost-control and identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
