Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to deliver facilities management services on site, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental policies, and client requirements. You will manage budgets, financial reporting, and coordinate maintenance and services with technicians and contractors.

The role requires 3–5 years FM experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and strong English communication and financial skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant Facilities Management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong financial acumen, including raising Purchase Orders (POs) and managing operational budget tracking.

Responsibilities

Responsible for FM standards and delivery of IFM Services contract through KPI's/SLA's.
Manages, oversees and/or coordinates repair and maintenance work by technicians, vendors and contractors.
Responsible for all financial costs and controls for the site.
Ensure the timely delivery of all monthly financial reports.
Ensure that all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site/s within remit.
Ensure operational and resource planning arrangements are aligned with forecasts, contractual commitments and profit targets.
Ensure technical services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, industry standards, OEM requirements and FM best practices.
