Job summary

AG Engineering LLC is looking for a Civil Multi Technician to carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on building fabric and civil assets. The role requires a strong background in masonry, carpentry, and painting.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards and focus on maintaining the structural integrity of facilities. Experience with facilities management, especially in the UAE, is preferred. This full-time position is based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
• Experience in residential towers and commercial buildings preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and building drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of building fabric and architectural finishes.
• Repair cracks, damaged plaster, and floor finishes.
• Carry out waterproofing repairs and emergency maintenance.
