Job summary

AlFuttaim is looking for an FM Supervisor to oversee facilities management operations in Dubai. This role entails planning maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines, along with managing a team to deliver high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree and at least five years of experience in the field, with specific skills in MEP system management. This full-time position offers a salary between 7000-9000 AED.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory facilities management role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting.
• Experience handling AMCs, PPM/CM scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan PPM, CM, and casual jobs according to SLA requirements.
• Ensure all scheduled maintenance activities are completed on time.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
