Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions in Dubai is seeking an experienced CAD/Design Drafter to develop detailed shop and fabrication drawings for unitized curtain wall, stick systems, and cladding works. The role requires coordinating with structural and engineering teams to ensure accurate anchorage details, load paths, and interfaces.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings for discrepancies, preparing BOQs and material take-offs, and supporting submittals and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for unitized curtain wall (UCW), stick systems, and cladding works.
• Coordinate anchorage details, load paths, and interfaces with structural and engineering teams
• Prepare material take-offs, system breakdowns, and preliminary BOQs as required
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies and interface issues
• Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and manufacturable prior to release to production
• Support preparation of technical submittals, method statements, and design documentation
• Address consultant/client comments and ensure timely resubmission of revised drawings
• Provide design clarification and support during fabrication and site execution stages
