Job summary

Meraki Group is looking for a Facade Design Draftsman to join our design team in the UAE. You will create detailed 2D and 3D façade drawings and specifications, working with architects, engineers and MEP teams to ensure designs meet project goals and standards.

You will translate requirements into robust design solutions, present designs to stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and stay updated on façade design trends and materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of façade design drafting experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or similar software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and clearly communicate design ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for façades using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and MEP to incorporate inputs into façade designs.
• Review project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct design presentations and provide technical support to project teams and clients.
• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in façade design technology and materials.
