SOBHA MODULAR INDUSTRIES LLC OPC in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a façade design drafter to prepare shop and fabrication drawings for projects. You will work with architecture, civil/ mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure accuracy and timely release.

You should have a diploma or bachelor in architecture or engineering, 1–3 years in façade design, strong AutoCAD skills, and knowledge of Revit/Inventor/SolidWorks as a plus. Attention to detail and deadline discipline are essential.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
• 1–3 years of façade design experience.
• Experience preparing façade shop and fabrication drawings mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Inventor or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of façade systems and drawing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed façade shop and fabrication drawings per project specs.
• Develop and modify 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Review drawings for coordination with architectural, structural, and consultants.
• Assist in material take-offs and drawing packages.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and site teams on design issues.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records.
• Support senior designers and participate in design reviews.
