Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning or coordination, preferably in facade or construction.
• Strong knowledge of facade design principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for facade systems, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure planning aligns with specifications and project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or issues, proposing solutions to stay on track.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely materials and components for facade installation.
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and construction teams for seamless coordination.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and challenges.
• Implement best practices in project planning and resource management to enhance efficiency.
