Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project planning or coordination, facade/construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facade design principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; team-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for facade systems, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure planning aligns with specifications and goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, proposing solutions to stay on track.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of materials and components for facade installation.
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and construction teams for seamless coordination.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and challenges.
• Implement best practices in planning and resource management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
