Job summary

Meraki Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager to lead façade projects from conception through completion. The role ensures delivery on time, within scope and budget and requires coordination with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality façade solutions.

The selected candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, drive design development with engineers, and maintain design intent while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure they align with client objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Lead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on-site.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide direction to site teams, contractors, and suppliers.

This role is critical for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Façade Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to deliver innovative and sustainable façade solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure they align with client objectives.

• Strong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate challenging project dynamics and deliver results under pressure.
