Job summary

Meraki Group is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Facade Planning Engineer to plan and schedule facade projects in the UAE. You will coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timelines align with project objectives and budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in project planning or coordination within facade or construction, with solid knowledge of facade design principles and proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning or coordination, preferably in facade or construction.
• Strong knowledge of facade design principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for facade systems, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure planning activities align with specifications and project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or issues, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of materials and components for facade installation.
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and challenges.
• Implement best practices in project planning and resource management to enhance efficiency.
