Zutari is seeking a skilled Façade BIM Modeler to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The candidate will develop and coordinate BIM models for façade systems from concept to construction documentation, using Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper.

A strong background in façade systems and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential. We value 5+ years of professional experience, a degree in architecture or computational design, and proficiency with BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, structural engineering, or computational design.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in façade BIM design.
• Portfolio showing 3D BIM models up to LOD 350.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, and Grasshopper.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain façade BIM models in Revit.
• Create detailed façade families, parametric components, and system assemblies.
• Ensure models align with BIM execution plans and project standards.
• Generate coordinated façade drawings and schedules directly from BIM models.
• Use Rhino/Grasshopper for parametric/algorithmic façade design solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate computational design into the project.
