Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI is seeking a capable fabrication supervisor to lead the team in delivering high-quality pump skid projects for the wastewater and chiller sectors. You will oversee daily fabrication operations, enforce safety protocols, and drive cross-department coordination to ensure on-schedule progress.

The role requires proven supervisory experience in fabrication/manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and a solid grasp of pump skid processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising fabrication/manufacturing teams.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, especially pump skid work.
• Knowledge of wastewater and chiller industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
