Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants is seeking an experienced Fabrication Foreman in Ajman to supervise welders, fabricators, fitters and helpers. You will allocate daily tasks, read drawings, and ensure quality and productivity in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Production, Engineering and QC, minimizing rework and wastage, and supporting material calculations while upholding safety and discipline on site.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of fabrication/welding experience.
• Previous supervisory/foreman experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on industrial fabrication knowledge.
• Excellent ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Good knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
• Ability to manage shop-floor manpower and deadlines.
• Mould fabrication experience is an advantage.
