Job summary

Bin Hanif Construction LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced fabrication operations supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities across our metalwork facilities.

You will ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to the highest safety and quality standards, while translating engineering blueprints into actionable shop floor plans and driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in fabrication, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or machining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations to meet timelines, budgets, and quality.
