Job summary

Pro Am Padel Tour seeks a Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Chain Specialist (F&B) to support operations, inventory planning, procurement coordination, and logistics in the food and beverage sector. You will monitor product availability, analyze supply chain performance, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth movement of food products and materials across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, forecasting demand, preparing procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is required.
• Understanding of supply chain processes including inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
• Knowledge of food and beverage supply chain requirements, shelf-life and waste reduction.
• Experience with forecasting, supplier coordination and purchasing procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting; familiarity with ERP or planning tools.
• Ability to analyze inventory data, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels and monitor demand and supply trends.
• Prepare procurement reports and identify cost and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain supplier records.
• Support inventory replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, logistics, production and sales teams.
• Support stock rotation, shelf life monitoring and adherence to food safety requirements.
