Responsibilities

• Ensure staff teamwork to provide optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties and inventories.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching.
• Follow safety policies; report incidents and complete safety training.
