Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a capable F&B Supervisor to support the resort's diverse Food & Beverage operations. You will lead daily food and beverage activities, mentor team members, and drive guest satisfaction in line with brand standards and service excellence.

In this role, you will promote a safe, sanitary environment, ensure high-quality product presentation, and empower staff through training and constructive coaching to sustain operational excellence across all outlets.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
