Azadea Group is seeking a F&B Stock Keeper in Dubai to manage inventory for restaurant operations. You will request, receive and store items, place routine orders with approved suppliers, and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages.

You will supervise receipts, perform basic inventory checks, and ensure hygiene and FIFO practices. MS Office skills are required; a high school diploma and 0–2 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High school degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Place routine orders from authorized suppliers while maintaining stock levels.
• Supervise and verify reception of orders to ensure proper recording.
• Perform basic inventory checks of quantities, quality, and availability on shelves and in storage areas.
• Keep work areas in the restaurant, fridges, and chillers clean and organized per hygiene standards and FIFO practices.
• Prepare faxes, follow up on LPOs, file receipts, and organize supplier files.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and kitchen chefs about new items, changes in quality, prices, or expiry dates.

JOB PURPOSE

The F amp B Stock Keeper is responsible for requesting receiving and storing all items

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Place routine orders for goods and supplies exclusively from authorized suppliers while also ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained
• Supervise and verify the reception of ordered goods to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded in accordance with agreed procedures
• Perform basic inventory control tasks checking quantities quality and availability on shelves and in storage areas to identify items needed for restocking and taking appropriate action
• Ensure all work areas in the restaurant fridges and chillers are kept clean and organized according to hygiene standards and FIFO First In First Out practices
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing faxes following up on LPOs Local Purchase Orders filing receipts and organizing suppliers files
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and kitchen chefs regarding new items changes in quality prices or expiry dates
