Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a motivated hospitality student or recent graduate to assist the Food & Beverage team across restaurant, café and outlet operations. You will help prepare dining areas, maintain cleanliness, welcome guests, and ensure a positive dining experience while adhering to food safety standards.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a diploma or bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, with strong English communication, teamwork, and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage team with daily restaurant, café, and outlet operations.
• Prepare dining areas before service and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Welcome and assist guests professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Learn and follow established food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with table setup, menu presentation, and basic food and beverage service.
• Support service standards and guest satisfaction.
